補い合い

誰でも新しい職場は緊張します。

年をとると経験に頼りたい分尚更です。

でも年を重ねるほど、

新しいことを学ぶべきだと思います。

私はIT弱いのをさらして、

生徒に教えてもらいました。

教える側にも不得手がある。

凸凹は補い合うためにある。

そんな学びの機会にもなりますね。

Always remember, what you may or may not know in todays technology, the students would be more than wiling to guide you. 

Why you may ask? Because they want to better themselves in their chosen subject, so they can learn by teaching you and they’re also getting themselves involved with you so all of you can learn.
